If any of the products you order don't appeal to you for any reason, you can take advantage of our satisfaction guarantee within 14 days of your first purchase and we'll refund up to the price of 3 products.

How to lodge a complaint

To file a complaint, send us an email to info@grigfood.com. Please include your name, phone number and order number in the email. A representative from the Claims Department will contact you upon receipt of your claim.
