The first-bite promise

We'll be straight with you. Every product page tells you exactly what's inside, how it tastes and how crunchy it gets. No fairy tales, no hidden surprises — the surprise is the point, and it's printed right on the pack.

If something isn't right, we fix it. Damaged pack, wrong item, quality not what it should be? Write to podpora@grig.cz within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it out quickly — replacement or refund, per our Returns & Refunds policy.

If the first crunch just wasn't for you — taste is personal, and insects are a big first step. Tell us what didn't click and we'll happily point you to a flavour or product that fits better next time. Most people who start with chips end up surprising themselves.

Allergen & safety

Insect-based foods may cause an allergic reaction in people who are allergic to crustaceans, molluscs or house-dust mites. Some products may also contain traces of gluten or other allergens. Always check the full ingredient and allergen list on the final packaging before eating.
