You dared to bite. Now let's get it to your door. Here's everything you need to know about how your GRIG order reaches you in Germany, Austria, Belgium or France and how you can pay for it. No riddles, no fine-print gymnastics. Just the facts.

Dispatch & handling

We pack fast and we pack carefully. Orders placed before the end of the business day on a business day are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders that land after the cut-off, or over weekends and public holidays, head out on the next working day.

Because you're ordering food, every box gets the careful treatment it deserves. We pack items snugly to keep them intact in transit and protect them from knocks, crushing and temperature swings along the way. Sealed, secure and ready for the road.

• Order confirmation: You'll get an email the moment your order is in.
• Dispatch notice: A second email lands when your box leaves us, with your tracking link attached.
• Careful food handling: Items are inspected and packed to arrive in the condition they left in.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to Germany, Austria, Belgium and France. More EU countries follow as we open them.

Delivery is handled by Packeta (pickup point) and GLS (to your door). You choose the option at checkout. Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 3–5 business days to a pickup point in Germany and Belgium, 4–7 business days for home delivery and for all deliveries to France. These are estimates, not guarantees, and busy periods can add a little extra travel time.

Note: we currently ship within the EU only. Destinations outside the EU are not available at this time.

Shipping costs

Your shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you confirm and pay, so there are no surprises.

• Germany, Belgium: pickup point (Packeta) €4.90, home delivery (GLS) €6.90. Free shipping from €50.
• Austria: pickup point (Packeta) €4.90, home delivery (GLS) €6.90. Free shipping from €50.
• France: pickup point (Packeta) €5.90, home delivery (GLS) €7.90. Free shipping from €50.

The exact amount that applies to your order always appears in your cart before you complete payment.

Tracking your order

Once your box is on the move, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Click it to follow your order from our hands to yours, right up to the doorstep.

• Keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case) for the dispatch email.
• If your tracking hasn't updated or your order seems lost in transit, reach out to us at info@grigfood.com and we'll chase it down.

How you can pay

Checkout is quick and secure. Choose the payment method that suits you best:

• major cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

All payments are processed through Shopify Payments over an encrypted, secure connection. Your full order total, including shipping, is shown before you confirm.

Good to know

GRIG is an insect-based food brand. The allergen information that applies to your product depends on the specific item you order.

Allergen advice: please refer to the allergen statement and full ingredient list printed on the final packaging label of each product before you eat it. The applicable allergen wording is shown there: Insect-based foods may cause an allergic reaction in people allergic to crustaceans, molluscs and house dust mites.
